A Guy rushed towards us


The following are the words of Ayesha.

I was meeting my friends after a long time. We were very much lost in our talks. Every one of us was sailing with excitement on the stories each of us was telling about ourselves.

There were many people at that location. Anyone who was going nearby us was saying, ‘Hi’, ‘Hello’, ‘Good Evening’, ‘Excuse me, then other things’, etc. Suddenly, a guy rushed towards us and went siding us away. He would have collided with us and also he did not care if anyone is there or not. Then, I said to him, ”Hey mister, excuse me”, while walking where he wanted to go, he gave me an arrogant look. That moment, I thought, “I should meet this guy again very soon to make him learn manners. He should know how to behave.”

I found that Guy studying in the library
One day, I found that guy studying in the library and no one was sitting near him. I thought of going to him and teaching a lesson or two to him, but I controlled myself as we were in the library. So, I decided to keep an eye on him and follow him when he leaves from the library. I really wanted to know that day who he was and what he thinks of himself.

He went to the canteen
He left from the library and I went after him. Then, he went to the canteen to have his lunch and I had to have lunch, you know why! There also he was eating alone, I mean to say that no one was sitting near him, not even his friends, I thought he had no friends. After finishing his lunch, he had a good conversation with one of the waiters and the receptionist, for the first time, I saw him smiling and laughing there. It seemed like they were good friends. My interest in knowing him got more. I followed him more.

He went for his classes
He went for his classes. When I peeked through the window I found out that he was sitting alone on his bench. No one in the class was talking to him. After the class ended and all the people got out of the classroom, one boy went to him and had a conversation with him. Again, I saw him smiling and he had a very good smile. Then, the boy also came out and the smiley was still sitting alone in the classroom.

I went to meet the boy who was talking to him. I said, “Hi. I am Ayesha”. He said, “Hello. (I am) Vishal”. I said, “Can you tell me about the guy you were talking a while before in the classroom. I wanted to talk with him as his behavior was very strange with me & my friends at the party 4 days back, and why he remains so alone?”

He said, “He is Nishant. Almost everyone fears and avoids him. The things were not the same before. He is a friendly guy. He is a normal guy but everybody doesn’t think the same. And, the reason for people thinking the same is Zeeshan. Nishant had no problem with Zeeshan and anyone. Zeeshan has a habit of teasing people and he teases them till they get irritated. One day, in the classroom, Zeeshan was teasing some people and one of them was Nishant. On that day, for some reasons, Nishant was going through a very bad mood.  Anything was not going according to his (Nishant) plan that day.

For the same reason, he had a fight with Zeeshan and injured his jaw (Zeeshan). Zeeshan was very embarrassed. When people asked him about his injured jaw, he said, “I was just saying hi and hello and doing some fun and I don’t know why this guy Nishant came to me and hit my jaw. Guys, he has some mental sickness and he is very violent. I suggest you guys stay away from him”. Since, most of the people in the college know Zeeshan that’s why this thing about Nishant spread all over the college like some virus. From that day onwards, most of the people avoid Nishant. Hadn’t you heard about this thing?”

I said, “Yeah. I had heard about it but I didn’t know that it involved Nishant”.

Most of the people think that Nishant is arrogant and violent
Vishal said, “Most of the people think that Nishant is arrogant and violent. They think so because of Nishant having an angry face most of the times. When he (Nishant) gets the feeling that people are avoiding because of a silly reason, he gets angry and that’s why he has that face most of the times. ”.

We made Friendship with Nishant
After hearing these things from Vishal, I felt bad for Nishant. I also told these things to my friends and we had a plan for him. With the help of Vishal, we made friendship with him. Since, the group of mine and my friends, was also quite popular, so that time onwards Nishant was not alone.

When I first talked to Nishant, I said, “Hi, I am Ayesha”.

Nishant: Hi. I am Nishant. I am very sorry for that day for my behavior. Believe me, I am not like the way I was that day. I was just angry about Zeeshan and other people talking stuff about me. I was in a flow of anger. Once again, I am very sorry about that day.

Ayesha: No, it’s okay. I can understand. You don’t need to be sorry. I know your history and we are going to change the things people talk about you as you are our friend now.

Nishant: Thanks for understanding. Thanks a lot and very much thanks to you too Vishal.

Vishal: Mention not.

I Saw IPL Grow

Things were very different before IPL (Indian Premiere League). One day, in the afternoon, at a railway station,   Ramesh booked a train-ticket for himself and got on a train with his small backpack . The heat was not much that day, but also the weather that day, was not utterly pleasant.
