Things which don’t Make us Feel Good
In our
daily life, we face a lot of situations which make us feel bad, but you believe
it or not, there are very little and
simple things which can cheer us up.
So, now
let’s focus on the situations which make us feel bad.
(i)
When the exams don’t go as expected
We face a
lot of exams in our life, whether they are for the school, college, entrance or
for getting jobs or promotions, but their (exams) results don’t always go in
our way. That time, the way we feel in a certain
way which can’t be explained. At that time, we don’t want anyone to ask us
about our results, but there are people who keep asking about the results
whether they are friends when they have a meeting with you. It would not bother
you if your near ones reply positively to your results but if not then it’s
going to be a little hard for you.
After the
results, you have to figure out what went wrong for you and have a plan about how and what you should study to get the
desired results. For this, you can
consult the people who have gone through your phase and succeeded. One very
important thing you should always keep in your mind that it’s all about
learning from our mistakes. Don’t fear mistakes rather learn from them.
(ii)
When you feel lonely and very low
Sometimes
we need a place which is very quite &
peaceful and no other people or creatures there. It may be beneficial for us
and our inner self whether we are working on something or studying or just
enjoying a lone time, but, we always don’t
get good vibes when we are alone. There are times when we have to share our
feelings with someone but don’t find anyone to do so. This time is very
discouraging.
First of all, we should have around us a bunch of people
around us who understand our work or studies & privacy and share each other's feelings. For fighting against the
lonely and low time, we should always
keep disagreeing with the negative thoughts in our mind that time no matter how
much right they seem that time. Watching
TV, listening to music and in my opinion, physical activities especially
exercising is the great choice to fight with loneliness.
(iii)
When you don’t like to eat
something
You might
be thinking what a funny thing he is talking about “when you don’t like to eat
something”
Whatever
you may think but we can’t eat our favorite
food every day. Eating the food we love very much every day may not be good for
our health. Also when we fall ill, we can’t eat the food we eat regularly.
Healthy food doesn’t taste as good as our favorite food. So, for starting to
eat the food that we don’t love much, we should have in our mind that when the
food will go inside you then it’s going to keep you healthy so that you can eat
you can have the food you love very much at sometimes. While eating a healthy
food for feeling good you may imagine that you are eating your favorite food.
Also, there are many food or lifestyle channels which you can watch while
having your healthy food and you are not going to regret it.
(iv)
When you are recovering from
something
There may
be times when you are injured or ill. While recovering from an injury or
sickness you don’t feel the way you feel regularly. In this recovering time,
your hobbies come into play. The hobbies may be watching movies, playing games,
listening to music, etc. Spending time and talking with friends can make you
feel good. Meditation is also a great way of recovering from anything. During
this time if you do anything which you can at that time, will cheer you up and ease
your way of recovering.
So, these
were some of the situations about which we don’t feel very good about and the
stuff we can do to make them good.
